# Checked Facts

> We gather the facts from many official sources into one place so your search is easier.

Checked Facts is a publisher of directories built from official public records. It is a wing of Valyou LLC. Founder: Aaron Browne-Moore.

"Checked" means each fact was compared against its primary record (the official source it comes from), and the page shows the source and the date of that comparison. Pages are compiled with automated tools from official records; a person checks changes to a listing's name, address or program status before they show.

Checked Facts is not a government website, not a news or political fact-checker, not a ratings agency, and not a registry.
